I think this recipe looks pretty good - and lots better than fruits or
yogies, etc.

Eh, I'm not wild about giving ferrets sugars like this, but since this is
a treat, and it's a tiny amount in the larger recipe, it's probably fine.
Kinda like the honey in Bob C's chicken gravy.

Not wild about the grains, but you need them to make it cook up into a
crunchy treat. Also, if the ferrets are already eating kibble, then
you're certainly not doing anything with these treats that they're not
already getting in their regular food.

Sounds great! Perhaps the bulk could be frozen and small amounts brought
out at a time. No idea how it would age in the fridge, and it's a large
recipe.

Just my 0.01. I'm not a nutritionist or anything.
