Yes, do a trial run to see if Diazoxide (Progylcem) works for your
ferret. Then you can add that and reduce or eliminate the Prednisone
if it does.

We had the same medication-condition-conflict concerns with Warpie
who developed cardiomyopathy while she had lymphoma, and Seven who
developed Level 3 A/V Heart Node Block while she had insulinoma. I
don't know if the stuff on Sevie (Seven of Six) may have any more
general tips you can use but there are things in the Complete
