My vet suggests that I keep the mixture in the
refrigerator -- but we don't get the suspension from a
pharmacy (which might make a difference). My vet
crushes the little pills and makes them into a
suspension by mixing with water. My ferret hates the
flavors -- we just put it in baby food.
