Canine distemper does sound like a possibility... are her vaccinations current? Is she showing any unusual changes anywhere else, like her paw pads/feet? around her little bottom? seem sensitive to light?

Other possibilities aside from those already mentioned:

Do you use any of the lumping litters? Tiny particles can lodge in the respiratory tract and cause trouble.

Have you already tried Benadryl or something for allergy relief?
Have you made any changes in your home? (environmental -I believe this may have been my ferrets' problem)

Is she running a fever?

Is she still eating and drinking? becoming dehydrated?

More information and an update would give everyone more to go on. Don't give up! Do you have a photo of what she looks like?
