CAUITION on Vaccinations!
From handling many rescued ferrets over 10 plus years-
I can attest it is FAR BETTER to feed the ferrets for a MONTH
before starting to vaccinate for CD and rabies. I know it colicates the
getteing them placed quickly necessities!
Many intakes from rescues which arrived here vaccinated shortly after
seizure have gone on to succumb to or develop kidney problems which the
shelter veterinarian attributed "most likely" the result of vaccination in
malnourished state.
