How is the insulinoma being managed?
I recall hearing something like second of third hand about one ferret who vaccillated a lot, but I don't know how much the tale changed in the telling. It was a situation of poor communication which let to the person giving a high dose of med to start and giving it all only one time a day instead of it split into lower multiple doses per day, so both the timing and dosing were off.
Like Pam and Mike said: get to the vet.
