Natasha, I am so sorry to hear Girl has passed.

I hope one of our vets give you a good answer for why the bloodwork didn't show anything, but I suspect it is because Insulinoma and Lymphoma are really two different diseases. With Insulinoma, the growths produce insulin, which is why it shows up on bloodwork as low glucose.

However, with Lymphoma, it can affect any number of organs or systems. Lymphoma would not necessarily have caused the pancreas to produce the excessive insulin, yet could have destroyed the pancreas or other organs along with it. That is what I would guess happened. I am not a vet, so hopefully one will address your question.
