Your little ones symptoms sound so much like my little passed on now Sadie's.
I had to have her put to sleep in Sept. 2001. She was 8 yrs. with alot of the
same things yours is doing, except she didn't do the pulsating tummy thing.
She had Insulanoma and a tumor in her throat which made it had for her to
sallow her food and water, even if forced fed. She would ofted vomit after she
ate what she could get down.
I would ask my Vet. to double check her neck & throat with an xray, and more
blood work just to be on the safe side. Sadie's tumor was missed the first time
around on xrays, thats why I said get another. Good luck
