Hi Lisa,
The 0.5ml that your are currently giving would
equal only 0.5mg. Thus you are at the low end
of the dose range for pred. With her glucose level
in the 20's, I would go up to atleast 1 ml (1mg)
2 times a day along with feeding her Hill's a/d
and/or Gerbers baby food (chicken, turkey, beef).
Sure you can also add proglycem.
