I hope you get this before you put Bruno down. There is help for him like the surgery Russell Pratter mention in his post about Bruno. I am not a Vet either but I would deffently (excuse my spelling) check out this surgery before you do anything else!!!!
Even if you need to go to another Vet. Check it out PLEASE for Bruno!!
