I have a 3 year old girl, Missy, who has no hair on the top of her tail. It fell out about 4-5 months ago with her last shed and is not growing back. When she was about 2 years old she had a lot of blackheads on her tail and cleaning it helped the hair grow back, but her tail this time is just smooth skin. What else could be causing it? (I have two with adrenal disease so I have been checking her vulva and it is not swollen)
