If her nodes are enlarged (and I am not sure from your description that they definitely are or even if they are what you are feeling) then that is not always lympho. Sometimes it is a response to infection.
Blood tests don't diagnose lympho. Biopsies do. It is possible for numbers over a certain level to indicate that an infection is more likely but we have had one with a serious infection who well surpassed that numerical level by more than 3x over it.
