Okay, your vet thinks there is not megaesophagus. That is very good news. I cannot find any recent past post of your's that sounded like MegaE and can't recall the discussion, but certainly with strange throat noises when swallowing that is always a worrisome concern. Nor do I find any such communications with you on insulinoma, but I could be missing them since the site isn't moving well through back pages today, so you may have given details back earlier than the pages I checked. The ones of your's I find were the blockage and the vaccination question.

Could you, please, refresh our memories? Since the ferret is seizing now what is the ferret's blood glucose level on testing, and what meds are being given, at what mg levels? Prednisone/Prednisolone? Diazoxide/Proglycem? Was surgery for insulinoma done if the results were consistent with insulinoma? How old is the ferret? How long has this been going on? What other symptoms are present?

With so many ferrets discussed here it can be very hard for people to recall details on specific ferrets without reminders of the essential details.

Sorry about being short with this, but I have a raging sinus headache.
