Has her blood sugar been checked recently? I've found when they have low bg, they can loose weight and their appetite is off. If you haven't already, I would get her bg checked, and if it is low you can get a prescription of Pediapred. The Pred will give her more energy, and stimulate her appetite.
Not all ferrets show the classic signs of insulinoma.
