I don't know about the nosebleeds but this ferret sounds like an emergency appointment is needed today. There might still be a problem remaining from the adrenal neoplasia which is causing the bleeding due perhaps to hormonal levels which haven't had enough time to improve. That is just a guess.

Is the ferret on Prednisone and Florinef or Precorten due to the risk of Addisons Crises in ferrets who lose two adrenal glands? Has the electrolyte ratio been tested? If not, then the vet needs to be contacted right away about that possibility, too. Many vets automatically give these meds after a bilateral and then adjust or drop them later if warrented. If your vet says there is a need but does not have these meds in stock call around for a pharmacy which does.
