Subject: Epogen costs

When we checked into the cost of Epogen, our vet found that it is sold in a pack of 6 vials, hence the high cost. We were able to purchase one vial from a source, the cost was $75 for that one vial. The vial has an expiration date which November so it has a 6 month life (in the fridge). There isn't any way I could use the entire vial so if anyone can use it, please email me privately and I'll talk to our vet about shipping it out (if it's stable enough). (sprite@ksu.edu)
For someone needing Epogen for their little one, it might be worth having your vet contact the human hospitals to see if he can purchase 1 vial.
