Subject: Mystery disease update--Beeker-surgery.

I had thought Beeker had juvenile lymphoma but the vet thinks not. This morning's X-ray shows that he does not have an enlarged thymus and fluid in the chest. Since he has been SO ill for 11 days and hospitalized with no improvement I was determined that he suffer no more medical intervention yet presented with the option that surgery is the best choice and only choice to possibly save him I have agreed to it tomarrow morning. There is no time to find out all the culture results and give another antibiotic a try. Impossible to know whether I am doing the right thing for him.
