That's an interesting observation. I have no idea...I wonder what the
vets will have to say.
The one thing I have noticed when comparing food is that almost ALL of
them contain chicken, even the so-called "beef", or "pork" flavored
meals. The only exception I have seen are some of the specialty
"one-meat" diets available from vets. So, if your ferret has an
allergy to chicken, it's real hard to feed him or her prepared OTC
foods. I'm glad to hear there seems to be at least ONE alternative
available OTC.
