You don't say if he is trying to poop or to pee but I guess it doesn't
really matter. Either case requires that you get him to a vet
immediately. Death follows a blockage pretty rapidly. Don't give a
ferret Tylenol. It burns their liver out. If he is trying to poop, you
can give him some hairball remedy while you are trying to get the vet.
