Hi,
Need some help finding a food my old ferret will eat. Oscar is 6yrs. old, he's been taking 0.14ml once a day of Prednisolone 15mg/5ml syrup for a year and a half now for his Insulinoma. He just had his check up on the 8th of this month and was doing great up untill yesterday. He's never been picky about food, even when he was sick before. He stopped eating yesterday his dry ferret food even his ferret treats, and he doesn't like duck soup (spits it out, I've tryed 3 varriations of duck soup), won't eat strained baby meat either. Only thing he wants is plain Pedialyte. HELP!
My vet. is at a conference and won't be back till Sunday, and we have no other ferret vet. around. All Oscar wants to do is sleep. When he is awake he does look around and seems alert but won't get up and move unless he really has to. When you pick him he lays limp and he has real dark tar colored diarrhea and very smelly and lately he can't make it to his litter box on time! Any advise PLEASE!!
Thanks, Jeanne

Have A Happy Day!!!!!!!!
