I took Jinx to the vet (three times now since I posted) her glucose was fine the first trip (it was 90), but she had a bunch of bacteria in her stool. So, we treated her for that, and she seemed better, but now she is sick again. She vomited three times today (she went to the vet) but they don't really know whats wrong. They checked her blood again (poor thing has got to be feeling like a pin cushion). It was 50. I don't know what to do. They suggested I take her to the exotic clinic at OSU, and they are scheduling it for me......UGH! What is this proglycem....is it really helpful...my vet found it but they said it would be about $300 a month....why is it so expensive? If it will work, I'll get it.....I desperately want her well. What about Devils Club? Another surgery? Any help is appreciated...
