Pertwee started showing symptoms when he was about 15 months old. Ker
Avon started at about 19 months. Both had adrenal disease. Pertwee had
to have the second gland out before his second birthday. It DOES happen

It very, very rarely spreads. I had one of the rare exceptions here,
but it is VERY unusual.

I agree, though, that it could just be seasonal coat change time.
Sometimes the best thing to do is watch, wait, and see if more symptoms
show up.
