Subject: vet troubles

I took my two ferrets to the vet when we first got them because they had never been. The vet took a fecal sample by sticking something up their butt. They have since became unlitter trained and have diarrhea. One of the ferrets gad a little blood following the Diarrhea, I took them to another vet and he said it was stress. Could it be something the first vet did. They seem to be afriad of him and freak if they get near their pet carrier. Should I be worried?
