by this i mean i noticed him rubbing his rear end around today, but not just after he went to the bathroom. i lifted his tail and the tissue is red and kind of puckered out. what could this be caused by? i have an appointment for his ears tomorrow ( i cleaned them 2 days ago and they are filled back up with (wax?)) so i am hoping to get some insight as to what this other problem coudl be so i can discuss it with my vet.
any input would be much appreciated.
