You need to get her to a ferret vet ASAP. Two weeks was too long
already. Your vet will take a fecal smear and/or a stool sample and look
at it under the microscope to determine what is going on. If that doesn't
show anything out of the ordinary he or she may do bloodwork.

Ferrets can go downhill very quickly. There is no way you can know what
to do for her until you know what is wrong. Nobody on this list can tell
you for certain what is wrong, not even the excellent vets here, without
examining her.
