Now.... I have an interesting question please... and would really like
to have more info... been reading these posts with a lot of interest.

I have two little foster furkids in the house at the moment, both
females, appx 5 years. One had right adrenal surgery a couple of
years ago, and the left removed appx 4 weeks ago. The other little one
had BOTH removed at the same time appx. week and a half ago.

Both these girls are doing incredibly well... up and back to business as
usual, and the one done a week and half ago is already showing amazing
signs of hair growth and is fully active.
BOTH are active, alert, wardancingand eating well, and except for the
"bare bellies"... you would never know to see them moving around that
they had HAD surgery.

At what stage post-op is it necessary to have them on these meds? We
are lucky enough to have what we feel is one of the top ferret vets in
North America here... cant say enough good things about his expertise or
his methods, and not once has it been mentioned that it was critical to
have them put on meds post op. I've been told to watch for signs of
"crashing", however there have been none.

Tad confused here now, and would love some clarification from one of the
vets on this list... the more info the better, right?

Thanks all :-)
