We personally have not seen a correlation. Ashling is muscular with more fatin the last few months (but she is over 6 and 1/2 years old). Ruffle was a little chunky but not a lot. Seven was athletic. I think we had some (? one?) others for whom rapid surgery was curative but off-hand I can't recall who rihgt now.
It WOULD be interesting if certain other conditions like overweight increased the probability of insulinoma. I never have heard of anyone looking at that. Certainly the chances of encountering it go up with increasing age, especially old age.
