Hi there.

from all my experience all you can do is make sure that they dont hurt eache other (visible bleeding). This is a power struggle as to who is going to be the dominate ferret. What I do is keep them together for a few hours at a time. The poo and pee is basically their way of trying to release their scent glands (which are usually removed). You have to have a few steel nerves so you can handle this and alot of cleaning supplies). So it is quite normal. You may want to keep them in the bath room or kitchen with food and water until the issue is solved. it took one pair of mine over a month but they are best of buds right now. so dont worry about muzzles unless they start to harm each other. here is a page you might find helpfull in some ideas and info for this whole new experience.

good luck and wishing you nerves of steel.
