Thanks to everyone for their responses. Here is a short update:

1) Our vet agreed that the stress of the Metronidozale was probably not worth it and told us to discontinue it; however, on a subsequent visit he added Baytril (which they don't particularly like either).
2) We switched from Pepto to Kaopectate and they seem to tolerate it MUCH better.
3) Sunny and Nikki have both been back for sub-cu fluids
4) They are all doing a little better, but Sunny is still lagging behind the others.

As far as the 3-month quarantine, our vet said that he recommended that purely out of caution. He said that he did not feel that there would be a problem with them all playing in the same room (at different times), but felt that it was prudent to keep their litter and food/water separated.

It is just common sense that we will have to keep them separated until all are well just because of the stress of the introduction process.

Thanks again to everyone.
