I doubt it is different, but to be on the safe side, just do an online
search and see what ingredient is listed and compare it to what you get
in the UK.

Neither advantage nor frontline are approved for ferrets, it is an
off label use, and I have not had a problem with frontline and
have been using it for 6 years. I used both the spray on and
the drops/tube for cat/kittens. I like the drops better, less messy,
the spray one is much cheaper if you have a lot of pets.

Do a search in the archives here and you will find posts about
doses, and other useful information.
