My biggest concern about feeding gravy all the time is the effects of the soft food on the teeth. Even though the kibble is not the same as tearing at meat and bones, as far as cleaning teeth and gums go, wouldn't the sticky gravy as a main source of food be worse on the teeth?
Curious minds want to know!
