Hi Lori,
Mojo's low glcose probably indicates an insulinoma.
The low WBC does not worry me. Ferrets in general
have a low WBC, so it depends on what the normal
values for ferrets are at the lab you used.
Age 6 makes him a prime candidate for insulinoma.
The pawing at his mouth, drooling, and anorexia can
all be due to an insulinoma, but gastritis/ulcers from
Helicobacter, ECE, lyphoma, hairballs, etc can all
cause that too. They are just vague signs of abdominal
discomfort. I would recheck his glucose and WBC
when the amoxi is finished.
