Hi,
my name is Daniela and is veterinary medicine in São Paulo (Brazil), would like to know if somebody has knowledge on on vaccination of ferrets against giardiasis. Therefore in São Paulo a vaccine that assists in the prevention and diminishes the elimination of the cysts of Giardia in dogs, with the name of "GiardiaVax® - was launched here to some months - vaccine inactivated against canine Giardíase". Much of my customers comes questioning me if this vaccine would not function for ferrets, since this species I acquired with much easiness the Giardia and comes being each more resistant time the treatments.
