To clarify my first post on this subject: I was asking if anyone (vets?) wo=
uld share the information with us regarding the panel discussion on "Strate=
gies to Prevent Endocrine Disease" (Adrenal Disease and Insulinomas)".
Second, while I appreciate all the suggestions regarding melatonin, I still=
need help in finding the male mink melatonin implants because I have two f=
errets with inoperable adrenal tumors - one has lymphoma (in remission, pos=
t chemo) and the other was operated on and the left was removed successfull=
y, but the right one could not be removed - my vet is very experienced in a=
drenal surgery, has successfully done many bilaterals with and w/o ligation=
of the vena cava - but could not do anything with this one. I can't come h=
ome to administer the melatonin 8 hrs after sunrise, and 8 - 9 months of gi=
ving it when I came home (6 PM) was unsuccessful ... they are on lupron and=
finesteride (@ $138 a month apiece), so I don't mind the expense, if it wo=
uld just help even one of them ... I just want to try the implants on them =
and two others that are showing early adrenal signs .... please, if you can=
help, I would be so grateful ... Thanks to all ....
