Have her blood insulin levels ever been done in case the problem is at
the other side: instead of the pancreas releasing too much insulin
instead the liver not releasing enough sugar? That is just completely
a stab in the dark type of question and could easily be a worthless
one, but sometimes an organ will be not quite as good as one would like
at a given task.
