I believe that they are both making audiotapes of the conference and will have extra proceedings books for sale.
Am more than happy to send you my handouts on ADV and The Diarrhea Dilemma after the conference is over (in all fairness to AFA.) I have seen some of the other material from the proceedings book and it looks very complete and up-to-date.
