I am taking care of an old boy of unknown age who is taking propecia for his dribbling. He's not able yet to withstand surgery but that may be in the future. I now have him because the woman who adopted him wants to have a baby and cannot even have the propecia in the house as it has potential for birth defects of the fetus' gonads. So that's something to think about for a woman of child-bearing age. It is helping the ferret. He also gets Lupron.
The propecia is mixed at a compounding pharmacy and he loves the taste. It is in a bubble gum flavored thick goo.
