The nasal spray is a different matter, though, because that is just
attenuated virus.
I think that physician was mistaken (though it is always possible that
the CDC documents are wrong since anyone can err, but I wouldn't expect
so many to say the same thing in that case), but certainly if never
hurts to take precautions after a vaccine just as one would when ill
just to be safest.
