Hi Wolfy,
For flea treatment, one whole tube of
the advantage small cat (0-9lbs) is the
recommended dose. Yes, you can use
less than the full tube, BUT it will not last
as long. Thus put a full tube on every 4 weeks.
The Frontline spray is the most cost effective option
for treatment of multiple ferrets. The dose is simply
1 spray per pound of body weight. One bottle will treat
more than 100 ferrets!
If you also have dogs and/or cats that are bringing the
fleas indoors, you can spray them too (again 1 spray per lb).
(Or you can use the Frontline Plus, Revolution, or
Advantage on them.) Either way it is important to treat
ALL of the animals to get the flea problem under control.
