Here we go again! I just lost Clara and 2 days later I get another ferret 6 mo old male MF signed over to me because the owners can't take care of it. Same symptoms, dehydration, will not stand,congested cough,fever was 103.2 & today 104.8,WBC is 36,000,one enlarged lymph node removed 1 mo. ago and similar bld results. Bloods were taken 9/26 and 10/2.His name is Gizmo and the orange waxy lesions are starting on the ears and muzzle.
I will be taking x-rays & more bldwk which I will post. He is now on Pred, inj Baytril and Doxycycline.
