I don't know what formula your vet recommended, but I had better results with
powdered goat's milk then any animal formula (and I tried many). You can find
goat's milk in large supemarkets or health food stores. Mix with just enough
water to turn into a liquid- you want it to be rich.

I have kept kits as young as a week going feeding them with a 1cc syringe on
the goat's milk. If it has gotten the colustrum from the jill it has a chance of
survival. Also, if you can get it's weight up to the level of the other kits the jill
may allow it to suckle again.

You may also want to consider giving it one or two drops of amoxicillian in case
it has an infection that is preventing growth.
