Hi,

I have a question maybe some of you could help me with. I had an old
bag of LACTATED RINGER'S (1000 ML INJECTION, USP) but I needed to replace
it. My vet gave me a new bag but it isn't the same. It's called NEW
NORMOSOL - R (1000 ML INJECTION TYPE 1,USP MULTIPLE ELECTROLYTES.
These are
both made by Abbott Laboratories. I don't know if you are familiar with
this type of hydration bag, but my vet asked me to check and see if it was
okay for ferrets. Some of the ingredients are the same, maybe different
amounts, but some are completely different. I will list these different
ingredients so you can compare them. If you know the answer, could you let
me know if this is safe to use on a dehydrated ferret. Thank you very much.
