I took my 2 year old Bob to the vet to have his blood checked and I guess it was a good thing. What do these levels mean ( I will just list the high or low readings)

ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE - 10
CHOLESTEROL - 105
PHOSPHORUS 3.9
GLUCOSE - 43
CHLORIDE - 117
CPK - 197
INSULIN - 175.4
RBC - 11.1
HGB - 19.8
HCT - 55
MCHC - 36
NEUTROPHILS - 1764
LYMPHOCYTES - 2744
MONOCYTES - 49
EOSINOPHILS - 343
PLATELET COUNT - 234
I was told to start giving .60 cc of Prednisone. It doesnt sound like the vet would do anything else. What do you think ?
Any input appreciated.
