What I have is a bottle of each. I was told by the vet today on the phone that I needed to start Bob on Prednisone. I told him I had prednisone and on the bottle it lists 1.7mg and to give 1 dropper full #15ml. And at that time I was thinking that the other bottle (which is Prednisolone), was prednisone too. But later I was thinking and realized that I had a bottle of each. Maybe I shouldnt start Bob on either one until tomarrow now. He hasnt had either one ever. The bottles are from Trixie's situation. I was just thinking that one was worse for him. Do I have you confused yet ?

> A quick reminder: a volume measurement like a cc or ml measurement is useless for imparting the amount of medication because of multiple possible concentrations. The mg amount or the volume measurement plus the concentration mg/ml are needed to know what the dose is.
