Okay, now I understand better.
Going from some things we've doen in the past I think we'd try the TN Panel or we'd try Lupron to see if there was a difference afterward, maybe even do first the Panel and then the shot (but we've had the panel have trouble picking up early cases sometimes). With possible trouble urinatiing I'd also seriously ask about giving Propecia/Proscar as well.
Then during the time to wait for the panel or the time the shot gives we'd look finding a surgeon who does R adrenals. If your vets are good surgeons but just don't knwo the techniques for R adrenals it may be that they would find what they need in some of the vet texts or videos. I can't recall off-hand so will have to try to look.
That way if it is adrenal Cookie has some medical coverage while you are preparing for a possible future surgery.
