I can't find the head and I recall other nose ones but can't find those photos.
There were multiple discussion on the topic at Ferret-Genetics. I found one set in late March referring to kits with the eyes almost on top of the head, to hyperovulation (as many as 22 kits which means low survival), thin skin, unusual fat deposition, non-symettrical eye placement, and the nostril problems.
