Jen, the oft repeated rule of thumb is that losing fur anywhere in front of the tail can be a sign of adrenal neoplasia (so can losing it on the tail but that is more often dermal instead). Certainly a bald head top is one of the more common fur loss patterns and losing it on the underside isn't particularly unusual with these growths. Add in the aggression and the chances are even higher of some type of adrenal growth.
