This is the pattern Ker Avon followed when he had adrenal. I would
definitely discuss the possibility with your vet. If it will make you
more comfortable you can have a Tennessee Panel run for confirmation.

I have heard of ferrets who had adrenal symptoms return because a right
gland (and tumor) wasn't completely removed and others who had ectopic
adrenal tissue. I also know of one ferret locally who had *three*
adrenal surgeries, all successful. This may be one of those situations
where surgery isn't an option because the tissue in question either
can't be removed or even found. If your vet does diagnose adrenal again
he/she is going to have to decide if opening Taz up again is likely to
be beneficial or not. Lupron may be the better option in Taz' case.

Obviously, I'm just speculating. I'm not a vet and I am just throwing
ideas out for you to discuss with a real expert.

Good luck to you and to Taz!
