How much did your ferret eat? My ferrets have had pieces of a candy bar with
no ill effects. I would imagine that it is the same as a dog, if they eat a
huge amount it could be fatal but a small amount should pose no problem.
Hopefully one of the vets will respond. You can always call your vet if you have one
or find one in your area that is ferret knowledgable, you should be able to
get an answer over the phone.
