Glad to hear that your ferret is doing better.

things that commonly cause head tilts and loss
of balance. First is ear infections (with or without
ear mites). I would use an ear drop along with the
oral antibiotic, and pediapred to help reduce the
inflammation. I would recheck the ear wax for ear mites.
The second disease to consider is unfortunately
lymphoma that is spreading to the central nervous
system. Pediapred and the antibiotic should help
with this problem too.
